I tried to post this to Facbeook – but it won’t let me, three times I tried and failed.
I wanted to write this post today to share this information. Within the field of RV we have many people saying they are the best, they know the most, they train better.
I have always stated that we are ALL students of RV and that noone is an expert – we all have much more to learn.
This comment (below) comes for an email conversation and was a reply to a question I asked about this person’s personal experience. I have no reason to believe its wrong or exagerated. What it does show is that its very possible that R****A may be of a great magnitude more advanced in RV and PSI applications than we are in the west. And if so gives us all something to think about.
Hi Daz,
I was invited to R****a in September 2003 to discuss the publishing of Nexus Magazine in Russian language.
The organisation that was behind this invitation turned out to be more interesting than I anticipated.
The organisation was created by P**** and was not widely announced to the rest of the bureaucracy there, so it was quite secretive in terms of its location and its activities.
The building that housed it all was massive and was located in St Petersburg. Lots of security screening just to enter.
Was shown a couple of SCIFs inside the building, one of which was an ‘office’ kept ready in case Putin needed to drop by and use it.
I was told that the organisation was the central repository for all things anomalous across Russia. This included archived UFO reports-both civilian and military; as well as all reports pertaining to strange creatures-which included what we would call ‘lake monsters’ and ‘bigfoot’. I was able to speak to several respected scientists about all of the above.I was also shown many classrooms full of students all studying and learning what we would call ‘psychic abilities’.
When I asked, I was told that these students had all shown supernatural talents of some kind, mostly ‘psychic’ as in telepathy, remote viewing, moving objects with the mind etc. They were there voluntarily and the State paid for their regular education as well as housing and food etc.
Because I showed keen interest in this whole concept, my host asked if I would like a quick demonstration. At this point we had stopped in a corridor outside one of the classrooms. It was quite random that I stopped there to ask questions.
I replied that I would indeed love to see an example of their skills.
So my host turned to the door of the classroom, knocked briefly and let himself in and had a quick chat to the teacher.
There were about 20-30 students in the room, they looked like they were at least 18 years of age, both sexes.
I was invited into the classroom where my host explained in english to me that one of the students would do a demonstration. While he was explaining this, the teacher pointed to a student and asked him to come to the front of the room, about 10 feet from where I was standing. The teacher then immediately started wrapping a huge blindfold multiple times around his eyes and top of the face.
I was asked to write something down on a piece of paper (in english), and was told he would read it out to me.
I asked instead, if he could read my Editorial on page 2 of the Nexus Magazine I had rolled up under my armpit.
I had brought this issue with me, hot off the press from Australia, and had not shown it to anyone. It was rolled up under my armpit because we were on our way to an office to continue discussions about publishing in Russia, and I intended to give it to the person I was meeting there.I was told that was acceptable, and the blindfolded guy started to read out, in english, my Editorial. I was astonished, and quickly whipped out the magazine and turned to page 2 to follow his words. He got to one word he couldn’t pronounce, so he spelled it out, letter by letter.
Hope that helps clarify it
best regards
