Leonard “Lyn” Buchanan was assigned for over eight years to the U.S. Army intelligence unit that utilized Controlled Remote Viewing as a data collection tool. He functioned as a Viewer, a CRV Instructor, and a Viewer profile (database) manager, as well as misc. duties many members performed (e.g., Monitoring).
After his retirement from military service in 1992, he founded The AWP to assist civilian intelligence (police, FBI, etc.) in locating missing children, and founded Problems>Solutions>Innovations to develop solutions for intelligence-related data acquisition.
